About Our Community

Why WorkWell?

We bring together employees of schools and top organizations focused on personal and organizational wellness, to engage in secular mindfulness and meditation workshops, series, seminars, community practices and other holistic wellness offerings  

We thrive from a greater sense of self-awareness, reduced stress, and enhanced mental, physical, emotional and social health and well-being, and discover first-hand the ways secular mindfulness and meditation supports us in relationships, our mental and physical health, working with youth, managing through challenges, and in doing other big work related to diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion.

  • Holistic Wellness Facilitators. Engage I offerings by a variety of holistic wellness experts, here to support and empower you to take charge of cultivating your well-being in a variety of areas.

When you join WorkWell, you’re gaining access to our:

  • Meditation Workshops + Series Participation: Immersing yourself in one of our many thoughtfully constructed mindfulness and meditation workshops or series is a brilliant first step. Filled with video, audio and written content, and a practice library to support you in practice, these resources foster personal health + wellness, and explore a variety of topics.  Expect excellent support in developing self-awareness, resilience, equanimity and improving overall health and wellbeing.
  • Community Practice Sessions: Attend our regular community practice sessions to strengthen the part of the brain responsible for emotion regulation, decision making, executive function and more!  These weekly practices create a supportive, contained, collective atmosphere where everyone is pursuing a common goal of self-improvement and personal wellness.
  • Wellness Challenges: Participate in our wellness challenges, designed to motivate and inspire a commitment to mindful practices, promoting mental, physical, social and emotional health. Regular engagement in these challenges bring a notable improvement in individual and collective wellness, directly impacting self-awareness, physical and mental health, productivity, work-life balance and much more.
